Our online virtual presentations are completely free!

To book a virtual presentation use our online booking tool. You’ll be able to choose and presentation and schedule a time based on the availability of our Bee Ambassadors. If you don’t see a date or time that works for you, subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of this page to be notified when new times become available.

To cancel or reschedule your presentation, please email the Bee Ambassador who your appointment is with. Their name and contact information is included in the confirmation email you received at the time of booking. If you can’t find your confirmation email, check your junk folder or email hello@beeambassadors.org for assistance.

We do provide in-person presentations to schools if there’s a Bee Ambassador available in your area. There is a minimum number of students required as well as a fee for in-person presentations. For more information please email hello@beeambassadors.org and include your school’s name, address and the number of students and grades who will participate.
